BECOMING THE SECOND LARGEST FIREARMS MANUFACTURER IN ITALY

The Guerini brothers took on another challenge in 2011 by acquiring the first 50% of the shares of the capital of the historic Brescian company FABARM following the withdrawal of one of the two main shareholders. Combined Caesar Guerini and FABARM became the second largest shotgun manufacturer in Italy, and among the top in Europe. The objectives of this move were to strategically expand the market, to enhance the union of the intellectual synergies of two prestigious and high-quality firearm companies, and to promote the image and value of the products, placing them at the top of MADE IN ITALY production.
